High Risk Pregnancy

Harbor Light Health special high risk pregnancy team helps maintain a safe monitored pregnancy from the comfort and safety of home. By carefully monitoring and working with the client’s physician.

This special service offers a safe and cost effective alternative to our patients, community health organizations, and insurance network providers.

Typically visits range from 3 times per week, to 30 minutes three times a day. This service is for pre-eclamptic patients that are on bed rest or patients with PIH, and those with pre-term labor or a history of pre-term labor that need monitoring or teaching (glucometer, insulin, diet, etc,) done at home by a RN. HLH also provides IV therapy for women who have severe N/V in the first trimester.

Electronic home monitoring systems can be made
available upon request.
